Amy LOVES health, fitness and nutrition and has been passionate about it since she was young. She has a Sports Science degree and a Diploma in Human Nutrition which she believes to be the perfect combination for her to work with her clients to achieve their goals safely and effectively. There are no short cuts to getting and keeping fit, the key is consistency in both regular training and eating a balanced diet. She loves to work with people and the greatest satisfaction is to see her clients reach their goals and see them reach beyond where they ever thought possible.
The health and fitness industry is constantly changing and can be quite overwhelming especially when you are starting out for the first time. Amy’s passion is to help others achieve their goals with her commitment to implementing specific and individualised programmes. She believes training should be fun and varied whilst keeping the end goal in mind. Now in the industry for almost 15 years, Amy brings a wealth of experience to her work. Whether looking for weight loss, strength conditioning or if you’re training for a specific event, Amy can provide bespoke programmes to leave you feeling focused and energised.
