We look forward to welcoming you to The Register Club and thank you for making a reservation with us. We want all of our guest to relax and enjoy the wonderful surroundings and intimate atmosphere on offer, so we respectively request you adhere to a few house policies
To ensure a relaxed and convivial atmosphere in the Register Club we kindly ask our guests not to take or make phone calls whilst in the lounge. Please do feel free to send messages or emails in the lounge but for calls please head to the bar or take a seat in the lobby.
To protect the privacy of our guests and create a relaxing environment we request that guests do not take photos on any device or make any type of recording whilst with us in The Register Club. This includes cameras, mobile phones or any other camera enabled device.
If during your visit to us you would like to listen to music, watch a work presentation or any other recorded item using any device please do so through headphones and please ensure you are within the Snug or Games room. Whilst enjoying your audio please ensure it is not audible to any other guest.
We are unable to accommodate children under (12) years of age, those aged between 12 and 18 are welcome when accompanied by an adult through to 8pm in the evening.
Whilst we don’t operate a strict dress code, we do request that customers refrain from wearing branded sportswear, gym attire, sports colours and strips or flip flops

We are proud to be part of The Edinburgh Grand but with this comes responsibility, we have lots of guests sleeping near our lounge and bar so please bear this in mind when you leave in the evening and make sure their visit is as enjoyable as yours.
