There’s a choice – Advanced Purchase Rate where payment is made on the day of booking and Pay on Arrival where payment is taken prior to check-in
Everyone loves a bit of WiFi and there’s plenty to go around on us, but to ensure we can all benefit, we do ask you to be mindful of our few guidelines.
We recommend parking in the secure Waverley Station Car Park, where, if you validate your ticket at our reception, you’ll receive a discount on the nightly fee. For more detailed directions please follow the link.

There’s always those questions that pop into your head, but can be easily answered, so we’ve put together a short list that will hopefully explain a few things.
We take security seriously which means that the building is CCTV monitored, 24/7 and there is always a friendly concierge member available. Concierge at Abbey Strand Apartments is available from 9am – 5pm seven days a week. Outside of these hours, please contact one of our sister properties; both of whom offer a 24/7 concierge, day and night.
We hate to label anyone, but all those aged 15 years and under are, in our eyes, children.
Door codes & building access
We’ll email over your apartment details and the door access code, 48 hours prior to arrival. If, in the highly unlikely event you haven’t heard a peep out of us, call.
